Vitamin code b complex
I’ve taken the garden of life b complex some time ago , & found myself far less anxious even though going through a really difficult stressful time , lots of change , & i felt like i’d been knocked off my perch ! However , looking for a natural b complex i started taking these & felt the benefits within a few days , - i moved house , feeling fairly chill considering , then finished the bottle , within weeks my stress level rose , sleep got worse , - i then remembered the effects of b vitamin deficiency , (and knew i had quite a few ) so i ordered , and this lovely double size bottle arrived , began taking straight away ( i also take magnesium bysglycinate , zinc ( natural) and plenty of natural vit c & antiixidants ) feeling much better after just a week , energy more stable and the nightmares ( did i mention those can be a symptom of b1 deficiency ?) have stopped ! ✨

I take these to help with premenopausal as I realised that all the expensive menopause tablets are basically vitamin b as that’s what needed. I think they are helping but I am happy taking them as they are made from all good stuff and no rubbish.Â
